Yoga Karne Ke Fayde?

Yoga kya hai ise kaise kare, kab kare aur kaha kare.Ye to hum sab jante hai, lekin ham samay nahi de pate hai. Dosto yoga karna aaj ke samay me bahot zaruri hai. Aaiye dosto yoga karne se kya kya fayde hote hai aur humlogo ko yoga karna kyu zaruri ho gaya hai. Aaj ke samay me hum shararik mehanat kam kar rahe hai aur mansik taur par zyada kaam kar rahe hai. Yoga karne se maansik fayde hote hai. Dhyan lagane se hamara mashtishk kafi halka mehsus hota hai. Dhyan yog karne se mann halka hota hai aur sochne samajhne ki shakti aur zyada badh jati hai. Din bhar ki pareshani se hum asani se lad sakte hai thakan hame mehsus nahi hoti hamesha ham apne aap ko fit mehsus karte hai.

1) Man Ki Shanti :- Yog me lambi samay tak saas lene aur chhodne se mastishk par sidha asar hota hai. Hame shaant mehsus hota hai. Sharir me bhi badlaw mehsus hota hai.

3) Dard Se Door Rehne ke liye :- Yoga se sharir ka lachila pan aur energy badhti hai jisse  peeth ka dard jodo ka dard aur bhi alag dard se hume behad aram milta hai. Umar daar insan ko bachpan me lagi andar ki maar se bhi kafi rahat milta hai. Yoga karna hamare liye bahot hi achha hai.

4) Sundarta Badhana :- Yoga karne se chehre ka noor badhta hai. Muhase, Dull skin jaisi bimari bhi khatam hoti hai. Yoga se khoon ka sanchar badh jata hai. Jiske wajah se sharir aur chehra sundar hone lagta hai.

5) Nind Na Aye To :- Nind na aane se bhi kafi bimari badhti hai. Jaise khana na pachna kachchi dhakar ana sharir me hamesha dard rehna din bhar susti chhana aur bhi bahot bimari hoti hai isliye yoga karne se nind bhi achhi aati hai.

6) Akho Ki Roshni Badhana :- Yoga se akho ki roshni bhi badhti hai. Agar aapko chasme ki zarurat rehti hai to aap yoga karna shuru karde aap ke aakho ki roshni badh jayegi aur chasme ki koi zarurat nahi rahegi aur chasma sambhalne ki dikkat bhi khatam ho jayegi.

7) Baal Jhadna :- Yoga se baal jhadne ki kami dur hoti hai. Har insan ki zindagi me ek samay ayesa ata hai jab uske baal jhadte aur wo mann hi mann dukh manata hai. Lekin wo chahe to dukh na mana kar samay se yoga kare to sharir ke saath sundarta aur uske baal jhadna band ho jayenge.
